Sauer… what? Sauerkraut is the German cousin of the Korean Kimchi. These sour fermented cabbages are natural probiotics that have a very positive impact on your digestion and general health. If you haven’t tried fermented foods yet and want to know more, check out this comprehensive article and learn everything you need to know on the subject.

Quinoa is one of the most energizing grains you can have in your kitchen. It´s a source of  iron and amino acids, protein’s building blocks that nourish newly toned muscles, making it ideal for after workout. Quinoa can also help beat bloat, due to potassium in the grain.

Hi Joana, this sounds so yummy and creative. Great idea to mix sauerkraut with quinoa. I enjoy eating sour and fermented foods because they are no only delicious but also so light and easy to digest.
