One of my biggest weaknesses is an amazing dessert that is full of sugar. Well, I’ve changed my life and am eating much healthier now, so with that being the case, I’m trying to find some good yet healthy food recipes. The Banana Chocolate Walnut bread sounds so good and I can’t wait to give it a try.

I hope I can get going on on this diet as I can not get rid of sibo. It’s been years. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hi Mary! Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately it has not yet been 100% proven that the low FODMAP diet helps SIBO. This diet helps to control IBS symptoms. You can read this article on the subject from the researchers behind the low FODMAP diet:https://www.monashfodmap.com/blog/whats-go-with-sibo/ Hope it helps!
