The low FODMAP diet that I´m following, and that is explained here in detail is not always gluten free (we are allowed to eat spelt, for example) nor dairy free (some of us can tolerate hard cheeses). As we are all different and sensitive to different foods, I´ve categorised each recipe according to its food sensitivity/intolerance.
Nevertheless, I also advise you to consult a GP, GI and a nutricionist in order to better evaluate your general health, food intolerances and nutricional needs.
